Grove Motor Inn in Spruce Grove

I love to have breakfast here any day, the staff are wonderful. Yes the GMI is older but I love it exactly for this reason. The people here will connect with you and pay attention more so than the new fancy hotels ever do. The price is fair and always a good experience for me. I will continue to visit for years to come

Great price good rooms but the food could be better. The wifi is slow your not going to stream vids or play Overwatch. Ill still come back though.

You cant beat the price of this all you can eat buffet! Not for connoisseurs of fine food! More of what is on the menu for the day. They usually follow menus like deep fried fish Fridays or Ukrainian Tuesdays. Its hit and miss on tenderness of meats depending if the head chef is working that day. It's more like a home cooked meal. I will keep going as I can select what I like. The receptionist/waitress is amazing!

Great place and very clean. Lots of parking space and the entrance is on ground floor so it's very wheelchair accessible. The bonus is there is a little tavern with nice attractive waitresses and their service always comes with a smile. Excellent spot and I have been going there more often because of the service

Gross didn't seem clean at all counters , bedside table was dusty like a good layer on it. The phone was gross wouldn't use it the night I was there, hair in my pillow case... only up side to the hole thing was it's cheapest in spruce grove.. and the food isn't good at all

It a good place to stay ...minus a few shady characters and the cleaners can be lil slack apparently and could use few upgrades.. Management is kind and room is comfy. In great location covinient . Stayed 2 months.

Like the gaming room. The buffet can be iffy.

Used to go for breakfast buffet there years ago when living in Spruce Grove, because it was always delish! Not this time. Anything that should have been hot wasn't even warm. Place empty when we showed up and now we know why. Food had either no taste or tasted disgusting. Eggs benedict had a clump of gel sitting on top which I presume was supposed to be the sauce. Greek salad looked pretty old and unappetizing as did everything else. Everything had obviously been sitting there quite sometime except maybe the cake that had frozen strawberries in it. Even the washroom was disgusting with rusting fixtures. Not sure what's changed since we were there last; new management? The only good thing I can say is "the coffee was good and the waitress was very pleasant and gave good service." Sorry guys, but won't be going back anytime soon unless news of a revamp. Sad because we used to really like it there.

Buffet was good. The table was dirty, some of the dishes were dirty. We were almost the only people in the dinning room and we could not get our empty dishes removed or more drinks after the first round for some, second round for others. Desert was limited.

Except for the toilets not being fully cleaned even when I took a pictures of the mess in the toilet the owner did not get on the cleaning stuff to clean it but other than that it was a nice place

For a great home cooked meal you don't have to cook yourself this is the place you want to go.

Went for breakfast while waiting for some work to done on my truck. Good, cheap, home style farmers breakfast. Coffee was always full and the service was what you would expect from a small local resturant. Been going there for years tho. So I maybe impartial.

i stayed there for 9mnths while working up there was very happy with place met my future wife there so all is good

Cheap compared to other motels, allow pets, no a/c and a bit stuffy but good location. Stay there every time I'm in Edmonton area.

Their buffet is fantabulous. Especially Fridays. I love seafood... I take my kids any Wednesday I have off for turkey day. So good.

it's not a new place honestly it's a clean place it's a good place and I'm happy living here it's been two and a half years and I don't have a problem should be any elsewhere any reason why anybody else should have any problem it's a good place to be

Beautiful 5 star hotel

Ignorant waitress. Came here twice. One time she yelled in my father in laws ear that she "wasnt taking our order yet"... forgot my toast... and was ignorant the whole time.
